She specialises in cohesive end-to-end operating model design, value chain optimisation and sustainable change delivery – bringing a wealth of experience leading and delivering global, complex transformation programmes across consulting and industry.
Aarti’s background in supply chain management and information systems coupled with her cross-sector experience gives her the breadth to understand how value flows across the entire enterprise, and the depth to redesign it effectively. She brings clarity across end-to-end dependencies, synergies and resource requirements, ensuring recommendations focus on the areas that drive the greatest impact. As a Certified AI Professional, Aarti helps organisations assess readiness for emerging technologies and AI-enabled improvement. She balances the art of the possible with operational realities to identify opportunities where AI genuinely delivers value – be it strengthening workflows, unlocking efficiencies or enabling new value streams – and supports organisations with responsible and ethical AI adoption.
